当你听到“Your call is important to us”后的肚懒

想要寻问宽频的一些资讯,打了两日Hot Line去全马最大的这间电讯公司,它们的Customer Service System叫你按一,按二后便马上放出这样的话:“Your call is important to us. All our customer service representatives are still engage.”

Repeat三四次后便盖电话叫你再打来,再打来也还是同样的给你听同样的话。听到:“Your call is important to us”真的是肚懒到极点。

我要求神拜佛保佑其它Service Provider如 Wi-Max 快快来到我家,让我摆脱这样的恶梦。

DiGi is launching broadband service in klang valley, penang and KK. You may try. For sure it will be very much better than any operators in the market.

哈哈,我5月份也是打100打到爆,都是听到这句,your call is important to us... all our customer service representatives are engage...然后我就冒火。真有冲动拍电话。最好笑是,我上不到网,他还说如果有任何疑问可email help@tm.net...

I got so fed up until i refuse to call any more! Not only this type of agony you have to face, the calls from bank's credit card department also most often than not are irritating!
